Zigatext SMS & Offline Escalation Setup Guide

Step-by-step instructions on connecting Zigatext SMS & Offline Escalation to Flowk AI to enable live order lookups, lead synchronization, and automated conversational sales.

Prerequisite Checklist

Ensure you have administrative permissions in your Zigatext account and access to the Flowk Dashboard at /app-integrations.

Generate API Key / Token

Navigate to your Zigatext Developer API or Integrations settings to issue an API access token.

  • Log in to your Zigatext Dashboard.
  • Go to Settings → API Keys / Developer Apps.
  • Click Generate Secret Key and copy your key.

Configure Flowk App Integrations

Open Flowk Dashboard and enter your credentials.

  1. Go to Flowk Dashboard → App Integrations.
  2. Locate Zigatext SMS & Offline Escalation and click Configure.
  3. Paste your Secret Key / Domain details and click Save & Connect Tool.

Test Live AI Agent Tool Calls

Once connected, Flowk AI automatically gains tool call access to execute Zigatext SMS & Offline Escalation queries in real-time. Test your agent in the AI Builder sandbox!
